Terms & Conditions – mega918 Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and mega918 ("mega918", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the services available at mega918.co and any associated sub-domains or applications operated by mega918.

1.2

Your continued use of the mega918 platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. mega918 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the registered email address associated with the account.

1.3

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the mega918 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms and conditions published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail solely in respect of the relevant promotion.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1

Minimum Age. The mega918 platform is strictly for persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any mega918 service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. mega918 enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with its international online gaming licence obligations and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.

2.2

Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the mega918 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mega918 does not offer its services in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction constitutes a breach of these Terms, and mega918 may suspend or terminate your account accordingly.

2.3

Single Account. You may only hold one registered account on the mega918 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under any other identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1

Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number (or passport number where applicable), residential address, and contact details. Any false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension without notice.

3.2

KYC Verification. mega918 is required under its operating licence to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") on all accounts. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued photographic identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. mega918 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

3.3

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. mega918 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security measures. You must notify mega918 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. mega918 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any third-party messaging application.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1

Accepted Payment Methods. mega918 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank). USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency transfers are also accepted for deposit and withdrawal. mega918 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2

Currency. All player accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via methods that require currency conversion will be converted to MYR at the rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction. mega918 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

4.3

Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same account holder, subject to KYC verification being fully completed. mega918 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and may be affected by third-party payment processor timescales.

4.4

Anti-Money Laundering. mega918 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that mega918 reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits awarded by mega918 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include: bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal; bonuses are only valid for the period stated in the applicable promotion terms; and not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements.

5.2

mega918 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such amendment does not adversely affect a bonus that is already in the process of being wagered at the time of the amendment. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms.

5.3

mega918 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and to void bets where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation, or placing offsetting bets on the same event to guarantee a risk-free outcome.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1

All casino games offered on the mega918 platform — including live dealer games, slot machines, and table games — are subject to the individual game rules provided in-game by the respective software provider. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any wagers placed will be refunded to the player's account balance. mega918 is not liable for malfunctions caused by the player's own device or internet connection.

6.2

All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems that have been independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and equipment under independent studio monitoring. mega918 does not influence individual game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the mega918 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on the platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to obtain a financial advantage;
• Collusion with other players in any multi-player game to the detriment of other participants;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the mega918 platform or its proprietary software;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on sportsbook markets;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation from mega918.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1

mega918 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings panel after logging in.

8.2

Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or claim bonuses. mega918 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months or more are irrevocable for the duration selected.

8.3

If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, mega918 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available on the platform and to seek assistance from a qualified support organisation. You are solely responsible for complying with the minimum age requirement of 21 years and for ensuring that minors in your household cannot access the mega918 platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mega918 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of mega918 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of mega918.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mega918 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; interruption to platform availability; or decisions made on the basis of information provided on the platform. mega918's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

mega918 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. mega918 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers as required for platform operation and legal compliance.

12. Amendments & Termination

mega918 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. mega918 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by its operating licence obligations. Upon termination, any balance remaining after deduction of applicable pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their last used payment method.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under mega918's international online gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent mega918 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
